About Us

For over 40 years, Crandall Corporate Dietitians has provided high quality dietary consulting services to rural and urban sites throughout the United States.

Through the years, Crandall has developed a unique system of auditing which evaluates nutritional needs, menu and recipe compliance, safety and sanitation requirements, and adherence to both state and federal regulations. Crandall also has developed comprehensive menu programs for long-term care and assisted living. These systems and menus are used in 45 states at over 1400 contracted sites.
