Crandall corporate dietitians are available to review a community’s menu in the event that the community does not have their own registered dietitian or the locally contracted Crandall dietitian is not available. This review is for permanent menu changes and survey support.

Recipes available through the ala Carte Menus online program are according to the menu the community has purchased from Crandall. Your community’s favorite recipes or special requests may be built for and added to your online menu database. The recipes are cross-referenced to meet basic dietary regulations and work cohesively with the menus.

Vendor Pricing Reference
A corporation may have their primary food distributor’s pricing loaded to the ala Carte Menus online program for use as a background reference tool. Each of their communities are assigned this price list rather than defaulting to the Crandall price list. Cost analysis reports will then reflect menu pricing and PRD’s (price per resident per day) as close to the community’s actual cost as possible.
