Our Dietitians are thoroughly trained in the Crandall systems, and are familiar with our customer directives. You can count on your Crandall consultant to function as your expert on medical nutritional therapy, meticulous completion of clinical nutritional assessments and systematic audits of dietary operations promoting adherence to county, state and federal regulations. Our consultants serve as an invaluable resource, providing inservice training for dining service, nursing and activity personnel. Local Crandall consultants are available to complete menu reviews, assist with state surveys, participate in town hall or resident council meetings and offer nutritional counseling for residents and family members.
