The Mint menu is a basic style which includes more Southern foods: okra, grits, etc. It offers a main entree and a suggested alternate for lunch and dinner. The PPD (price per patient per day) is $4.35 - $4.45. The laminated Week at a Glance is printed reversible: 'with Suggested Alternates' on one side and 'No Alternates' on the other.

         Thyme 2009             

The Thyme 2009 is a fine dining select style menu with a Spring/Summer emphasis. It offers both a main and alternate entree at each meal - as well as soup and salad at the noon and evening meals. It also includes a PM Snack and HS Snack (hour of sleep). The PPD is $5.68 - $5.78.

The Sage is a fine dining select style menu with a Fall/Winter emphasis. It offers both a main and alternate entree at each meal - as well as soup and salad at the noon and evening meals. It also include a PM Snack and HS Snack (hour of sleep). The PPD (price per patient per day) is $5.57 - $5.67.

             Rosemary (Jewish Style) 2008          

The Rosemary menu is a fine dining select-style which is comprised of a blend of Jewish-style entrees and other meal items. This is not a Kosher menu, since that would require a Kosher kitchen. It offers both a main and alternate entree at each meal - as well as soup and salad at the noon and evening meals. The PPD (price per patient per day) is $5.76 - 6.00. The laminated Week at a Glance is printed reversible: 'with Suggested Alternates' on one side and 'No Alternates' on the other.
