Through the years, Crandall has developed unique systems of auditing which evaluate nutritional needs, menu and recipe compliance, safety and sanitation requirements, and adherence to both state and federal regulations. These systems are being used in 45 states at over 1400 contracted sites. Crandall accomplishes this work with over 350 Registered Dietitians, several diet technicians, dietary managers, and support personnel.
Policy and Procedure manuals are written for Assisted Living or Long Term Care; as well as Inservices for staff education. These directly support our Consulting Registered Dietitians.
