I want to give you a quick, but genuine compliment on the quality of the menus you provided to the Emeritus team. We held another successful food council for my residents and again heard nothing but compliments about the food. I have been running the kitchen here at Perinton Park since 1998 and can honestly tell you that these have been the most well rounded, and best tasting menus we have ever served. Not only that, but it is food that our residents remember and enjoy every time we serve it. I am looking forward to the next set coming soon. Thanks for all your efforts and creativity!

Just wanted to drop you a note and say that the online menu system is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate through. It is very self-explanatory and even if not, the help button can answer most questions. In the event a question still lurks, just give Crandall offices a call and everyone that answers the phone is very courteous and helpful. I LOVE IT.
If there are any questions about any part of Dining Services that a surveyor or a resident could think of, you have already thought of it and have a procedure in place. It certainly makes being a Dietary Manager a pleasure. I can understand why you are the number one consultant firm in the country. Thank you!
